1. Overview

Welcome to Rapid Oil Mobile LLC. By booking or using our mobile automotive services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

2. Services Provided

Rapid Oil Mobile LLC offers mobile oil changes, filter replacements, tire air checks, and light mechanical services including but not limited to brakes, batteries, and belts.

All work is performed by experienced technicians at your location for your convenience.

3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through our social media page.

We ask that the vehicle be parked in a safe, level location with adequate space for our technician to work.

 

If the vehicle location changes after booking, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time so we can adjust accordingly.

 

4. Payment Policy

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and secure online payments through approved platforms.

 

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover time and travel costs.

 

6. Liability & Vehicle Condition

Rapid Oil Mobile LLC takes every precaution to ensure safe, high-quality work. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing issues or damage unrelated to our service

  • Hidden or underlying mechanical problems

  • Vehicle breakdowns caused by previously existing conditions

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate service records and disclosing any known vehicle issues before work begins.

 

7. Warranty

Our oil change and mechanical work include a limited service guarantee covering workmanship for up to 30 days after completion.

Parts may carry manufacturer warranties when applicable.

If any issue arises, please contact us immediately so we can assess and make it right.

 

8. Safety & Access

Technicians must have a safe environment to perform services. We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if conditions are unsafe (e.g., severe weather, poor lighting, or hazardous surroundings).

 

9. Privacy & Data

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through our website, social media, or payment systems is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service purposes.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Oklahoma law.
